GameMaker Studio 2, Notarization and a new GNU/Linux build

Roru has been migrated to GameMaker Studio 2 for improved performance and better support of current operating systems.
The macOS build is now code-signed and notarized for compatibility with modern versions of macOS.
There is a new GNU/Linux build that has been tested on Ubuntu 20.04.
